Homegoing Service for Deacon Lamar Furdge, Jr., uncle of Sis. Erma Beal
Deacon and Sis. Beal & Andrew will be traveling home for the funeral this weekend. Please keep them in your prayers—-traveling grace.
Sis. Beal wanted to share this about her uncle who was very dear to her. “His favorite scripture was John 14:1-3: Let not your heart be trouble, ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. I know this, because as a deacon, he read it every pastoral day”.
The family may be contacted at: 4507 Penn Lane; Richmond, TX 77469 (281)346-2962.
