📣Feel the chill in the air? I know we’ve had a long summer and we’ve been waiting for it. And with that chill comes our very popular community outreach and celebration in Christ “Son’s Night” that’s SON not SUN! This year’s SON’s Night will be held October 31 right here at friendship missionary Baptist Church in our front parking lot Space, affectionally known as the Genesis parking lot from 6 PM to 8 PM. Please spread the word! We encourage you to invite your friends, neighbors, and community to this event. Together, we can create a night of joy and fellowship for all!

    ◦    📣Now, we all know that it takes a village or in our case a church family to host such an event like Son’s night. So here’s a couple of ways you can help, 1st we’re asking for each auxiliary to donate candy for treat bags, donations are needed by Next Sunday, October 27th. 2nd volunteers are needed to help us provide a night of food, fun, fellowship, and candy that shines with God’s love

    ◦        •    Cooking & Kitchen Work

    ◦        •    Event Setup

    ◦        •    Running & Operating Games

    ◦        •    Cleaning Up

    ◦    Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” — 1 Peter 4:10

    ◦    If you want to volunteer Volunteering and setup will begin at 5 PM, with the event taking place from 6 PM to 8 PM.
