To Area Pastors, Ministers, and Servants of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ:
As you all know, Texas and the rest of the United States is going through a COVID-19 PANDEMIC. The negative impacts of this dreaded disease has caused local, county, and state governments to issue “stay-at-home” orders for businesses, schools, citizens, and non-essential agencies and entities. Since our normal delivery of the “hard copies” of the newspaper covers over 1,000 miles each month; over a four day delivery period; and involving 10 men and women who deliver to all of the churches and businesses we deliver to; because of “safety” reasons, we are not printing nor delivering “hard copies” of the newspaper for April 2020. Instead, we are providing digital copies of the April 2020 issue of THE GOOD NEWS MONTHLY to be distributed in the following manner: (1)digital copies directly sent to churches and or their pastors currently in our church directory from the e-mails provided by either; (2)churches and or their pastors, and businesses e-mails collected over our 27 year publication history found in our current e-mail data base; (3) digital copies sent directly to church members from e-mails that have already been provided or will be provided by their churches; (4)Posting of the April 2020 issue on THE GOOD NEWS MONTHLY FACEBOOK PAGE followed by nearly 2,000 likes; and (5)Making the April 2020 issue available on THE GOOD NEWS MONTHLY website.
WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO RESUMING THE PRINTING AND DELIVERING OF “HARD COPIES” OF OUR NEWSPAPER IN THE COMING MONTHS AS THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC RESIDES. We appreciate your prayers and understanding as we make this necessary adjustment for all concerns. Thank you and God bless.
