In this time of global turbulence personified by coronavirus, COVID19, stock market in decline, businesses closed, employees laid off, unemployment at the thirty percent level and no cash flow, how does one not crack up in the crisis? If that’s where you are dear one, I have a word for you. That word is, you need help from another world. If you had been able to fix “it”, whatever “it” is, you would have done so. Therefore how about seeking help from Him who can do all things but fail. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5,6)
Our finite minds cannot grasp the totality of all that is going on, nor do we know how long this pandemic will continue, but let me assure you that our heavenly Father is aware of everything that transpires in the earth realm and He is working all things for our good. God works out all things – not just isolated incidents – for our good. Of course you know that everything that happens to us is not good, but God is able to turn it around for our long range good. So Dear Ones, trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart. And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. God knows what is best for us. In the midst of the turbulence we are experiencing, we must acknowledge God in all we do. Father, thank you for your perpetual presence. For in your presence is the fullness of joy, your loving hand will guide us through these adversities into the place you have for us. Thank you for removing the obstacles that now confront us.
Be encouraged.
