Musings with the Pastor.
What an absolutely awesome move of God we experienced in Revival-2016. Only when we get to heaven will we know the full impact of what transpired in this meeting. We can certainly discuss the Spirit-led prayer services, the Spirit-filled singing that ushered us into the very throne room of the Father (the music department was at it’s best), but the preaching, it was awe-inspiring.
The Evangelist opened up truth to us that was life-changing. When a people really know who they are in God, they are unstoppable. We are “friends of Christ” with all that that friendship entails. We are heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ. We have at our disposal all of the benefits that comes with son-ship.
When you know who you are and whose you are, there is nothing you will not do for Him. Be it preaching, singing, ushering, witnessing or serving, I will give Him my very best. “Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.” (Colossians 3:24).
WOW! We are someone in Christ! We have benefits, we have privileges, we have authority, Dear Ones, USE WHAT YOU HAVE!
