Here is the church program for the week of November 2nd. It is put together by Sis. Mona Hightower.
This National Clergy Appreciation Day, we take time out to acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of our Pastor and Associate Ministers.
For giving of yourself, your time and your many gifts
For loving the Lord and extending that love to His people
For answering the call of the shepherd to feed his sheep
For serving, sharing, praying and leading
For all the ways you minister large and small
We thank the Lord that he has called you to Himself, to your ministry and to us.
May you continue to be encouraged and bless as you continue serving Him.
Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths among American women. During the month of October, which is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the FMBC Seasons Ministry joins in the effort to spread the message that early detection of breast cancer followed by prompt treatment saves lives.
National Breast Cancer Awareness Month educates women about the importance of early detection. More and more women are getting mammograms to detect breast cancer in its earliest stages. As a result, breast cancer deaths are on the decline. Encourage the women in your life to get mammograms on a regular basis.
